Monday, January 26, 2009Chinese new year seems like a distant festive this year...For the past couple of years.. the first day of the year is always happening.. having visited my grand's place earlier.. there wasn't anywhere else I have to go but home.. No matter how strong I am, how happy I was .. memories are still there.. I text her today wishing her a very good year ahead.. half heartedly anticipating her reply... Perhaps its really a good year to begin with.. her replied came awhile later and I knew at that very point the stone in my heart has finally been released.. She had been one of the most important person in my life.. she's moved on.. and so have I... Thank you.. this festival just reminds me so much of you... Happy New Year... Saturday, January 24, 2009In life, we often fail to appreciate the scenary around us...The busy lifestyle of ours consumes our priviledges to enjoy the simplicity of things. We are the labour of our own sucess, dreams and work... While riding back from Bukit Panjang earlier, I took an exceptionally long time to get home--- an hour to be exact. Yes indeed, I have taken a wrong route, not because it was accidental but rather intentional. I allow my heart to rule my head for once.. as I wanted to try a new route. Humans are afraid to take a new step because in our society ... mistakes cannot be condone.. This decision of mine reaps intense satisfaction. Riding passed some familiar ground, I was amazed by the greenary, something which I have failed to notice for the past couple of years. I stopped along Mandai Rd... facing the reservor, I realised just how much I took this place for granted... never once stopping to look at this sacred ground even though this has been a route to and from camp. Life is an art.. unless we start slowing our pace.. we will never be able to gawk what nature has for us... The sea is calm... and so is my heart...      Louis froze in time on 4:31 PM I spent $200 in like hmm.. 30 mins today! Bought a pair of jeans from zara for $129... Bought my Guess belt for $79... There goes my hard earn tuition fees.. Goodness its 2 days away from new year ... unfortunately.. 1 month away from prelims!!! For the first time in my 24 years.. I'm dreading the arrival of New year! Louis froze in time on 1:18 AM
Thursday, January 22, 2009My mind is saturated...My body feels isolated.. My soul has departed... I'm having a hard time preparing for my exams.. I feel so sick, gutted and disappointed at my progress.. I wish I had started early.. Damn! It's already Feb! The New year is just around the corner.. The festive mood isn't there.. No fancy wear... Sunday, January 11, 2009Haven't been tagging as frequently as I used to not because I'm lazy but rather there wasn't anything spectacular recently :)I'm so glad my mugging mood is back and I'm really happy to say I've been productive in my revision so far.. A thought came through my mind earlier when i was giving tuition.. "Should I get a professional education cert?" I'm thinking of getting the International Diploma for Tutor/Trainer offered by Cambridge.. have already sent an enquiry checking the course fee and duration hopefully can have some good news.. Friday, January 9, 2009What a good place be blogging right now...I'm like blogging in the middle of the school's walk way tending the blood donation booth how nice right! Anyway ever since New Year , time has been like moving like extremely, terribly, horribly, super, duper, scarily, exponentially (running out of words) fast! In short.. one my my legs is already in the coffin! I can't believe it's like the 9th already! I'm only like 4 mths away from the dreaded exam and I'm like not even close to half way when it comes to revision! My heart is anticipating anxiously for the CNY period but my head is going against it! Because it would meant feburary coming and that feburary is an extremely short month and soon the prelims and oh my god.. i can't think right now! Suddenly an army song came to my mind... "Childrens having fun but we are holding guns.." To me its.. "Students (secondary and primary) having fun.. but we(uni students) are holding books" Oh yah anyway.. Blood Donation Drive SIM is on from 13th to 15th at the GRAND HALL! So if you are interested in donating some blood.. drop by the school ya! Louis froze in time on 1:58 PM
Tuesday, January 6, 2009I finally found the time or rather the effort to post some pics... Should have posted quite some time back but because of school i've been like really busy... I can't believe like 6 days just went pass so quickly! It still feels like yesterday that i just went for countdown..Here goes... Saturday, January 3, 2009The countdown party at Siloso beach was damn good...Took some really crazy photos and videos.. but because I'm too lazy or rather busy the past few days and the next few that I'm thinking whether to upload them.. I will eventually but just give me some time.. These few days I've been really busy.. with what I'm not too sure though.. but I think 2009 will definately be a good year.. Because of somebody... :) I've really gotta start studying for my exams like really soon.. I havent touched any of my notes every since like Dec and this is already January.. Goodness.. Alright I think its time for me to play catch up for my beauty sleep as the past 2 nights been hanging out with the gang till like 6am in the morning.. !!!
