Monday, June 29, 2009I haven't realised it's been a week since my very last post...Lots of things happened this week.. where shall i begin.. KC & Ah Chong's 24th Birthday Celebrated my 2 buddies birthday over at east coast... it's been a long time since the few of us got together.. the only sad thing was Yang wasn't available.. Nonetheless, we had a really crazy night.. where we just drink, drank and got really drunk (or rather high) .. We finished 2 bottles of martel and close to 40 cans of beer! It might not be an amazing feat if you judge by the number of guys we had.. but it's really amazing as we only had 7 men drinking and finished everything in the space of 2 hours!  Anyway Happy birthday guys! Republic Run I simply can't believed that I will complete my first ever marathon! It's only a 5km run but to me it's an amazing feat because I've never ran a marathon before... I complete my run in slightly over 30 mins.. and I'm really happy with my results! Up next will be the AHM 10km run! I'm aiming to complete at least 21km this year!   ODAC Meetings and aftermath... The past week was filled with planning and meeting for ODAC.. I simply can't think of any particular cca that I'm so involved in except this very one.. I love my role in the group but it's really draining having to have everyone working together.. it's not my job to lead though (i'm not the President just some small fly..) The camp has been tentatively put on hold.. sigh.. it's really disappointing as all our plannings and involvement will go down the drain.. Can't imagine the faces of the rest of my colleagues.. Sunday, June 21, 2009I haven't been myself lately ...Or rather since when have i been? I don't recognize the very person that's staring back at me in the mirror... So mellowed, lifeless and lethargic... Everyday i wake up and i found myself so caught up with time... I really hate the busy and pack schedule that has been laid up in my organizer.. I dread looking at my "To-Do" list or my "Meeting" list.. it's just never ending! The only consolation i can get out of all this is probably the money factor.. When you're rotting at home and pacing up and down the house aimlessly everyday, you want to find something to do... But when you've loads to do.. you tend to miss the feeling of slacking.. That's what I'm feeling this very point in time.. Indecisive? As always... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As you already know, I'm someone who's always deep in thoughts.. (alright i heard same jeering...) Despite my busy schedule.. i will just practically zone out at any available moment.. and it's during this period which I'm able to see things from another perspective... It's really really tiring to hate someone.. especially so when you have to see this person day in day out.. I'm not saying i hate anyone or someone because to me i bear no grudges.. Yes I admit, i may not be the nicest guy around.. an ah-beng lookalike, talk-alike and smoke-alike.. but please don't stereo type just because of this.. I just want each and everyone of you to know that I DO NOT HATE JIALI AT ALL! I loved her.. I did.. but just that things didn't worked out back then.. and I'm not canceling out the possibility of FUTURE but i really don't hate her so please stop accusing me of stamping or whatever with her.. things have already gone so bad between the two of us.. so people stop making it worse for me! --- Louis Louis froze in time on 2:19 AM
Saturday, June 20, 2009Been absolutely busy the past couple of weeks/days...I hardly have time to rest as most of my days are spent either in school or students' place... There's been really a lot of meeting for the upcoming orientation camp.. too many things to plan, organize and co-ordinate... and because of that, i have to squeeze all 10 of my students with the available time slots i have.. and that's like squeezing 10 students in erm.. 4 days? Saturday, June 13, 2009I've been really really enjoying my holidays.. it's amazing how time flies when you're enjoying every bit of it!Fitness and Sports seem to be on the lips of each and everyone of us.. Somehow or rather Serangoon Khakees has been drawn into the spiral of fitness !!! All thanks to me and KC! We've been like really crazy over badminton, jogging and any other forms of exercise! We had 3 hours of badminton yesterday at Sengkang Stadium. Surprisingly Big Ben and Small Ben + Stella joined the usual 3 of us KC, Kae and Me ... After which, Ben suggested blading which we all agreed in unison and so it was another 2 hours of blading session at East Coast... Dinner at AMK which was really bad and we headed down to AMK HUB to play the "Basketball" arcade version which Stella was really good in it... Before leaving the place, Kae and Me decided to try our luck at the plush-machine where you pay $2 to have a try... we spent like close to 10 bucks each and got home with a plush toys! Saturday, June 6, 2009Just signed up for the 5km run organised by republic poly on the 28th of June..All my life i've never completed any run that's more than 2.4km and now i'm running double the distance! But I'm really enjoying every run ... The past couple of days had been rather sporty.. Met up with two of longest running buddy KX and KC almost everyday! It's rather funny the way we first met each other.. 3 young kids.. hanging around at the see-saw.. and then they became the best of friends for over 20 years.. ! These 2 guys are so gonna be my best men when i get married in future! Anyway, KC's not joining us for the 5km run.. he finds it too short.. while me and KX are waiting and training enthusiastically for the big day! Thursday, June 4, 2009Just had 2 hours of badminton and I'm totally burnt out!It feels like my limbs no longer belong to me...
